At our destinations you will not always be walking on smooth, well-paved concrete. On overseas tours in particular, you may walk for more than ten minutes over uneven cobblestones or unpaved roads, and there may be steep uphill and downhill sections.

There are also times when we have no choice but to use narrow lanes that vehicles cannot enter, so if you have even the slightest concern, please do not hesitate to consult us.

We provide full support with airport procedures and immigration, and a Japanese tour conductor accompanies you from departure to return. On site we arrange an environment where Japanese is understood, so you can consult us at any time if there is anything you are unsure about.

As a registered Class 3 travel business, we plan and arrange tours upon receiving a request to run a tour from our customers.

For this reason, we are unable to publicly announce or recruit for tours that are currently seeking participants.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation fees vary depending on the tour content and departure date, so we will provide the details at the time of booking.

1. Fill in the required details on the "Application Form" in the tour brochure and send it to us together with the photo page of your passport, by post, fax or email.

2. Pay the deposit stated in the brochure by bank transfer or credit card.

3. After confirming whether you have overseas travel insurance and any individually required arrangements, we send you an invoice covering the tour fee and those individual arrangements. To keep the travel arrangements running smoothly, we ask that payment be made by the stated deadline.

4. We send you the "travel handbook," which includes the itinerary as well as the history of and commentary on the places you will visit.

5. When necessary, we hold a briefing session before the trip.

6. On the departure day, you gather at the designated place and set off.
