Plan the trip together with the tour leader
Together with the tour leader — usually the priest or pastor at the heart of the journey — we discuss the purpose, destinations and duration of the trip.

Itinerary planning & pricing
Based on that discussion, we plan the itinerary, duration and destinations in detail, and formally present the tour fee including airfare.
Because the price varies with the number of participants, we set pricing for each group size.

Distribute the brochure & recruit participants
We distribute a travel brochure (the plan document) listing the finalized schedule and cost, and recruit participants for the tour.
For those who wish to join, the application is complete once we receive the application form and deposit.

Tour confirmed once the minimum number is reached
After recruiting participants, once the minimum number required to run the tour is reached, the tour is officially confirmed.
Once confirmed, we hold an information session for all participants and, following the travel handbook, carefully explain the itinerary, local information, what to bring and baggage.
