Early in the morning we flew from Dalaman Airport in Fethiye to Istanbul Airport.
We headed to the old town and stepped inside the Blue Mosque.
Because we were able to enter before the midday prayers, our visit went smoothly.
Ibrahim, who knew in advance that this window of time would be open, truly is a professional.

After lunch, we walked to Topkapi Palace, passing the Hagia Sophia along the way.
We then moved on to the Grand Bazaar (for a browse only), and enjoyed some shopping time at the Egyptian Bazaar.
The Egyptian Bazaar is where the locals do their shopping—you can find just about anything there.
Before we knew it, it was our final day in Turkey, and we made our way to the Galata Bridge for dinner.

In no time at all, our last day had arrived. How did everyone enjoy touring Turkey?
At Amitai Travel, we arrange not only religious tours but also travel for small groups.
Would you like to visit Turkey with just your family or close friends? We would be delighted to help you plan such a journey.
