WHY US
You do not need to know your ship’s departure time
Cruise lines require passengers to board 1–1.5 hours before departure. So even if your ticket says "18:00 departure", the real final boarding time is around 16:30. Most guests are unaware of this gap.
Miss a flight and you are rebooked on the next one. Miss the ship and your luggage and the rest of your holiday sail without you. That is why we plan port transfers working back 3 hours from the departure time.
You only enter the ship name and date. Our operations team verifies the departure time against the published schedule — the risk of entering a wrong time never falls on you.

Cruise Departure Buffer
Port transfers are planned so you reach the port at least 3 hours before your ship departs. You do not need to know the sailing time — we work it out.
Child Seats
Infant, child and booster seats are provided free of charge on request. Please specify when booking.
Driver Details
Driver name, phone number and vehicle registration are sent to you before the service.

I don’t know my ship’s departure time — is that a problem?
No. Just enter the ship name and date. Our operations team verifies the departure time against the published schedule and plans your pickup 3 hours before it.
Which terminal in Yokohama will I be going to?
Yokohama has two separate cruise terminals: Osanbashi and Daikoku Pier. We confirm which one your ship berths at during booking — going to the wrong terminal is the same as missing the ship.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle and per one-way service. A family of four pays a single price; we never charge per person.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your flight is tracked in real time. If it is delayed, the pickup time is updated at no extra charge. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting from landing.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — infant, child and booster seats are free of charge. Just tell us how many you need in the form and they are fitted in advance.
What happens after I send my request?
Your request is saved and goes to our operations team. We confirm the route price and vehicle availability and reply by email. You are not required to use WhatsApp.
